Free Energy is an investment company implementing projects in the field of renewable energy, as well as investing since 2015 in innovative technological developments in the energy and oil and gas sectors.
We are convinced that renewable energy is one of the most promising industries due to the increasing demand for energy resources worldwide, the growing requirements for the purity of energy production, significant investments and the rapid progress of the technologies used.
We are convinced that the energy of the future is energy that is generated in a clean way, avoiding harmful effects on the environment, using renewable sources and applying the most advanced technologies known today.

The main focus area of Free Energy is the development of small hydro power plants (micro, mini or small ones) with the power capacity of 100 kW to 10 MW.
In 2018, Svobodna Energy LLC, a subsidiary of Free Energy, commissioned the first hydroelectric power plant in the Zhytomyr region. Overall, the company is developing several small hydropower plant projects in Zhytomyr region with power capacity ranging from 100 kW to 3 MW.
In the process of developing renewable energy power plant projects, Free Energy performs the following activities:
At each stage of the project implementation, Free Energy involves specialized Ukrainian and foreign companies: design and construction organizations and power plant equipment manufacturers.
To finance projects, Free Energy uses its own capital, and also attracts credit financing from Ukrainian banks and international financial institutions.
In the process of developing renewable energy power plant projects, Free Energy performs the following activities:
- search and designation of land plots for the construction of renewable energy facilities
- design of power plants, obtaining permits and technical documents
- construction and pre-commissioning work
- connection to power networks
- commissioning of facilities and the receipt of the green tariff
At each stage of the project implementation, Free Energy involves specialized Ukrainian and foreign companies: design and construction organizations and power plant equipment manufacturers.
