Free Energy cooperates with RC Engineering
On 05 October, Free Energy and RC Engineerig signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
Signatories: Denys Galushko (Director of Free Energy) and Anatolii Nikolaichuk (Director of RC Engineering)
The purpose of cooperation between Free Energy and RC Engineering under the Memorandum is to consolidate efforts and interaction between the parties to improve the reliability, efficiency and future development of technological solutions for energy efficiency, automation, control and monitoring systems, technological solutions for the oil and gas sector in Ukraine, Europe, Canada, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Latin America, the Persian Gulf and Africa.
Anatoliy Nikolaychuk noted that the primary goals of RC Engineering are to launch "pilot" projects in the oil and gas sector in the countries of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan in the near future,
including:
- 1) Attracting investments and financing innovative technological developments in the energy and oil and gas sectors;
- 2) Participation in projects to implement integrated technological solutions for oil and gas wells, refineries, oil storage terminals using chemicals and technical devices, including
- Solutions to reduce water flooding of wells;
- Solutions for cleaning wells from asphalt, tar and paraffin deposits
- SaaS software installation solutions: monitoring, data analysis, automation (smart wells / smart fields);
- Ensuring the reliability and safety of the operation of existing and new oil installations (tanks, terminals, oil and gas wells).
- 3) Coordinate the activities of the parties without the right to interfere in their business activities;
- 4) facilitating the establishment and development of domestic and foreign economic relations, implementation of joint investment projects in the oil and gas sector;
- 5) providing and exchanging information on legislation, development of market relations and activities of the Parties;
- 6) organising contacts, meetings, negotiations with Ukrainian, foreign and international organisations, mass media on cooperation and partnership in the development of technological solutions for energy efficiency, automation, management and control systems, technological solutions for the oil and gas sector and development prospects.
